In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have ordered the wrong product please email us at email@example.com. To be eligible for a refund or replacement item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Any returned items must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If you are returning a product in person we require proof of purchase or a receipt.
Products that were purchased using a discount code or are on sale will not be accepted for refunds.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender. The sender is also responsible for the safe return of any products, if any returned items are broken in transit any refunds or replacements will be voided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will notify you via email once your return has been received. After inspection of the items returned we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved you will be refunded via your original payment method.
